Close to the General Hospital and town Centre. Less than a mile's walk to Waterside Campus and the Innovation Centre. There are numerous pubs nearby such as the Charles Bradlaugh and at least 10 others within 10 minutes walk. The Grosvenor Shopping Centre is 8 minutes walk away, with a Sainsburys, MacDonalds and many other shops, cash machines, chemists etc. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, with Sol Central Cinema, nightclubs and Bridge Street. Mounts gym and swimming pool is a short walk away. A well-established student area with everything you could need closeat hand.
Waterside campus is a 5 minute walk to Abington Square then catch the number 20 Bus Its Zone 1 and it's 50p or it's a 15 minute walk.

Dawson properties were my landlord for 3 years whilst at the university of Northampton, and were always attentive and quick to respond to queries and issues we came across whilst living it a the property. Not only that but the property themselves were always to a high standard before moving in and numerous changes were made to ensure the house stayed up to date and of great quality before and after I left. Alongside this rich and his team always kept rent fair and appropriate to the room and location of the house . Overall I could not recommend a better landlord for students at Northampton university.
